Following a restructure, we're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our newly formed Resourcing and Attraction Team!


As a Resourcing and Attraction Advisor, you will be working closely with our clinical teams in Southampton and Portmouth and supporting all recruitment activity for our Corporate services too. We provide an end to end process so we need you to have great customer service skills, towards our colleagues, our candidates and also the external stakeholders we collaborate with!

Your role will be key in creative catchy and engaging adverts, onboarding new starters in line with our KPIs and supporting our R&A Coordinator with the processes and queries.

There is plenty of opportunity to support with regional events to promote our Trust as well as exciting collaborations with neighbouring NHS Trusts to work together in securing the right candidate for their dream roles.
