The Trust has secured funds to recruit a number of additional Pharmacists (Clinical and Prescriber) to work within our Community Mental Health Teams.

These roles will form a new clinical pharmacy service supporting secondary care Mental Health Services. You’ll integrate within clinical teams as part of the multi-disciplinary approach, delivering medicines management services for patients as well as improving processes to reduce risks with medicines.

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
