We are looking for two enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working individuals to join our Family Assist Solent Business Support team, providing administrative support in the development and implementation of our new Family Assist Solent online information, advice and guidance portal. This is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to develop and grow the service across our Children and Families Service, and you will play an important part in supporting the wider workforce to do this.

Service Summary
The Family Assist Solent self-serve portal provides a key digital solution to parents across the 0-19 service within Portsmouth, Southampton and Isle of Wight who require non-urgent support, information, advice, and guidance. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of Health Visitors, School Nurses, Early Years and other teams across the Children and Family Service Line, Family Assist Solent will grow to deliver online information and support solutions to help improve the health and wellbeing of children and families across our service delivery locations.
Job Responsibilities
These roles will include acting as the first point of contact for all calls and queries from clients and clinicians, data entry, and supporting the team with the development and implementation of the Family Assist portal. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.To ensure smooth running of the service, responsibilities include but are not limited to; monitoring shared communication channels including email, telephone, and web enquiries; supporting the development and maintenance of the digital knowledgebase library through communication with clinicians and other professionals of all levels; provide support to the multi-partnership service meeting; and accurate data entry and cleansing. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential. This is a varied role where initiative is a key requisite, as well as a high level of IT literacy and a strong understanding of data security and confidentiality.

Location/Base:Both positions will be based in the Civic Offices in Portsmouth however, occasional travel across Hampshire may be required as necessary.
Hours per week: 37.5hrs
