Salary £18,698.00 to £20,567.00 per annum per annum

Do you possess excellent customer service, have great eye for detail, have experience in manging staff and, love to work in a fast pace environment? We are looking for a kind and considerate Receptionist to join our Team.

About the role

Mountbatten Hampshire has two reception areas one supporting the Inpatient Unit (IPU) and the other supporting the Hazel Centre/Education Centre. This role includes receiving, assisting and directing patients and visitors to Mountbatten Hampshire to access the appropriate services or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. This role also provides cover for comprehensive administrative support to the clinical teams at Mountbatten Hampshire, managing the routine daily tasks essential for the effective administration of Inpatient Unit services.

About you

The successful candidate will be a team player and have excellent customer service skills with a professional and pleasant manner. A flexible approach to working routines and the ability to do a variety of tasks calmly and sensitively at one time are essential attributes.

You will be required to attend and maintain regular training courses and to follow the policies and procedures set down by Mountbatten Hampshire.

Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment is desirable, but training will be provided to enhance the post holder’s skill set.

Mountbatten Hampshire rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.

This vacancy is for 37.5 hours per week to be worked on a rota basis which includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
