Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides a range of community health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages. Delivered through over 100 settings from inpatient wards to out in the community, our 6,500 staff serves over 1 million people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.


The PIER Teamwork with those who are experiencing their first episode of Psychosis, this is a dynamic team that work intensively with this vulnerable client group.

We are currently seeking a Support worker to work alongside other members of the team in delivering exceptional care to those in our service.

The successful candidate will have an interest in working with those who are experiencing psychosis and have the skills to work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a high standard of care within a countywide service.

The role will include seeing patients in various locations, including clinics, the service user’s homes and when group setting when permitted.

At present the PIER team have a hybrid approach to staffing and a mix of working from home and from the team base, there is an expectation that the successful candidate will hold a full current and clean diving licence for use in the UK, also they will have use of an appropriate vehicle with business insurance.

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
