We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Associate who has completed the TNA programme to join our district nursing teams within Staffordshire Community Services.
We want people who are committed to delivering high standards of care, are able to work as part of a team player, but also have the confidence to work independently without direct supervision. Rapid Response is a 24 hours service and covers every day of the year.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide nursing care to patients within their own homes and in clinic settings.
You must have effective communication and interpersonal skills, be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the service and demonstrate a willingness to extend and develop your existing skills. In return, we will offer you development opportunities, clinical supervision and mentorship support and deliver a formal induction programme.
