Surrey Heartlands Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) has an exciting opportunity and is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic senior leader to join their team as an LMNS Governance Midwife. The post holder will work closely with the LMNS Programme Manager, other team members and across Surrey Heartlands to support the system-wide maternity quality and safety agenda.

The role requires highly developed leadership and influencing skills, specialist knowledge of maternity risk and governance processes and the ability to work with system-wide partners supporting the Surrey Heartlands LMNS governance structure.
