Band 8b Service Manager, Directorate of Mental Health – full and part-time job share opportunities considered

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Mental Health Directorate as a Service Manager and key member of our senior leadership team.

Our Service Managers provide senior operational management and collective leadership across groups of services and make a significant contribution to the delivery of our 5 year finance and workforce transformation plans. The successful candidate will ensure that we maximise our impact on whole families’ outcomes and local communities across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational management of an identified group of our services, ensuring that contractual requirements are met with a continuous focus on the high quality of our services in our transformation plans. You will have a track record of partnership working and passion for delivering quality improvements in healthcare.
