An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive, and driven individual to provide vital support to the Council of Governors and Membership functions within the Corporate Governance and Assurance, and Patient Engagement Teams. This will include but is not limited to:
Provide support and guidance to the Patient Engagement Lead as well as coordinating and facilitating projects on their behalf.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for all Governors and Trust Members, good communication skills are imperative and
written skills should be to a high standard.
Applicants should work well in a close-knit team, ideally have administrative or clerical experience, and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines, being able to react quickly to situations.
There will be some requirement to attend meetings in person and in office but currently SWAST administrative personnel are working from home.
