An exciting opportunity has arisen with theThe Homeless Healthcare Team based in Southampton. We are seeking an administrative assistant to work with our multidisciplinary team comprising of a GP surgery, Mental Health Team.
The role demands a sensitive and caring approach to primary healthcare, with a focus on those who are marginalised by society and suffer poor health outcomes due in some measure to the wider determinants of health and well-being.
You will provide high quality, efficientreception and administration service and will act as our first point of contact for our patients, staff and visitors.
Personal Skills/Qualities
The role requires a high level of inter-personal skills and personal confidence. A respectful and empathetic attitude will be essential along with the capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information. We are looking for somebody who has a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Job Specific Location/Base: Homeless Healthcare Team
Hours per week: 37.5. Working pattern is Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
