We have an exciting opportunity for a band 3 Digital Programme Administrator on a fixed term basis for 13 months to join the Digital Programme Office. The role will provide high quality administrative and clerical support as required across the Digital Programme, all associated projects and the wider Digital Services team, working within a fast paced environment.

The Digital Programme Office sits within the wider Digital Healthcare Services department and is responsible for the planning and delivery of technology projects across the Trust.

Our aim is to consider how best to use Digital to deliver better services for users.

As the PMO Administrator you will be involved with the day to day running of the Programme Office, providing high level board meeting administration support across Northern and Eastern Services, including supporting Senior Managers to prepare agenda’s ensuring papers are compiled and sent in a timely fashion, providing high quality professional support to the meeting, both in facilitation and minute taking, in line with the PMO operation processes for meeting support.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for organising, logical thinking, methodical working ability and attention to detail. You will be a team player but have the ability to work and solve problems on your own as well as being able to create and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation. You will be a dedicated individual who enjoys change and is keen to learn and develop.

The post is full time, 37.5 hours per week, and due to Covid-19 working arrangements, is currently split between home working and working from Devonshire House, Barnstaple.

While the job description is comprehensive, due to the current ongoing situation with Covid-19 and a number of significant changes underway across the Trust, the specific duties of this post may be subject to change.
