We are looking for a full time Healthcare Support Worker to work as part of the Housebound Phlebotomy Team, who is passionate about providing high quality care to patients within thier own homes.

This role is predominately based within Phlebotomy and there may be some occasions where the candidate will be required to carry out some tasks with the Community Nursing Team.

In the role, you can expect to collect blood samples from housebound patients and correclty label/transport specimens. You will ensure that every individual is respected and provided with dignity, whilst working in parternship with registered nurses, GP Practices and services users and their families to provide continuity of care.

Experience of phlebotomy is desirable but not essential.

Applicant will need a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes, valid business insurance is required.
