Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides a range of community health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages. Delivered through over 100 settings from inpatient wards to out in the community, our 6,500 staff serves over 1 million people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a new role through to 31 March 2023 to lead LPT’s strategy Step Up to Great and to support our partnership working across LLR.

You will report directly to David Williams, Director of Strategy & Business Development and will work closely with teams across LPT. You will also be working with partners across LLR, including other NHS organisations, local authorities, voluntary organisations and service users.

2022 will see LPT reset and review our Step up to Great Strategy, launch an updated version and prepare for a new Integrated Care System in LLR from April 2022. At the same time we are committed to work in partnership with more organisations and you will lead agreed programmes of work to deliver that.

This role will require an individual who can demonstrate a real passion to constantly improve our services, who is resilient and can lead others to deliver change. We expect you will have an enthusiasm to develop stories that support our LPT journey of creating compassionate high quality care and well-being for all.
