Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides a range of community health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages. It is an exciting time for Mental Health Services in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Our community mental health offer is undergoing a major transformation and we are searching for people with a range of skills and a passion to deliver great mental health services.
Due to career progressions, we have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our fantastic community mental team at West Leicestershire planned treatment team based in Hinckley. If you are an Occupational Therapist or Social Worker, then please contact us for an informal chat about the role.
We currently have a hybrid model of base and home working and are continuing the use of a combination of platforms for patient contact which include Attend Anywhere video software, face to face and phone.
Our team is very welcoming, supportive, fun and friendly. We provide assessment and treatment interventions for patients 18-65 years old with severe and enduring mental illness in a recovery focused way. For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
