We are looking to appoint additional Band 6 level Mental Health Practitioners within our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT). The team is based within the Urgent Care and Access Pathway. Our strategy of ‘Step up to Great’ has led to some exciting changes in the way we work.
The roles will involve dealing with and supporting highly distressed people. Your skills and experience as highlighted in the Person and Job specifications attached to this vacancy will be key.

Given the nature of the service, we operate 365 days a year over a 24/7 rotation providing cover day and night. Staff are expected to work shift patterns which include nights. We welcome applications from Registered Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists with experience of supporting people with an acute mental illness.

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
