An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 part-time (25.5hrs pw) experienced Band 3 Business Support Administrators to join our Community Paediatric Team based at the Adelaide Health Centre, on the Western Community Hospital Campus in Southampton.
The Community Paediatric Service also incorporates the Child Protection and Looked after Children teams The clinical team ranges from Doctors and Paediatric Nurses to Clinic Support Workers and outside agencies who together provide an essential comprehensive support to all our children with neurodevelopmental and general paediatric needs and also to our looked after children and Child protection children in Southampton and the New Forest areas.
You will be part of a skill mixed team, working to build on good performance in order to maximise the contribution of the Community Paediatric Medical Service. As members of the Business Support Team you will also need to ensure the smooth running of the Paediatric clinics, working very closely with the Paediatricians and HealthCare Professionals/outside agencies.

In addition to these skills all Business Support need to be customer focused and have an excellent telephone manner. Knowledge of SystmOne and the e-Referrals Service would be an advantage however, full training will be given.
