We’re currently looking for enthusiastic administrators to work for our CAMHS teams based at Westcotes House and Valentine Centre. The role will involve working some evenings until 8pm and also weekend working.

Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity to join our established team as an administrator:

Hours of working will be between the hours of 8-8pm Monday – Friday and 8-8 on Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational basis. Hours of work can be discussed at interview, flexibility, and the ability to provide cover for absence and annual leave is essential.

The Team

You will be joining a well-established admin team who provide support for the CAMHS clinical team, providing mental health support to children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

You will receive an individual training package and ongoing support from dedicated Senior Administrators and ongoing regular supervision with the Team Leader.

The Role

The role will involve:

  • Administering referrals
  • Booking various appointments for patients within specific timescales/Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintaining Electronic Patient Records
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Making and taking phone calls from patients
  • Scanning documents onto patient records
  • Using Microsoft Office Packages; Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Working as part of an effective team
  • Being adaptable and positive to change
