Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides a range of community health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages. Delivered through over 100 settings from inpatient wards to out in the community, our 6,500 staff serves over 1 million people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
Fixed Term – 18 Months
We have a new opportunity for a skilled project manager to join our Development Team and lead the mobilisation of our Healthy Together project.
The Development Team has oversight of the Families, Young People and Children’s & Adult Learning Disabilities transformation and quality improvement programmes. It provides project support to designated projects and works closely with our clinical and operational teams to deliver transformation to children, young people and families.
Healthy Together is the current provider of the Healthy Child Programme in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR). This is a public health service that encompasses health visiting and school nursing. It works with families, children and young people. Commissioned by the three respective LLR Local Authorities. Healthy Together have entered a redesign and mobilisation phase as significant changes are made to the offer from September 2022. As a result, an opportunity has arisen to appoint a fixed-term Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of 0-11 Leicestershire and Rutland, plus Section 75 0-19 offer; and plays a crucial role in supporting the transformation of services for this population in LLR.
We are looking for a committed and passionate individual to deliver the programme within specified timeframes. You will be supporting a number of workstreams to work at pace and ensure they have performed their due diligence. You will facilitate working across complex partnership arrangements, both internal to Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) and external agencies.
