An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Quality and Clinical Care Directorate for a Risk Assurance and Compliance Facilitator. You will support the promotion of a proactive Risk Management and Safety culture across the organisation and provides guidance and support in compliance activities to all staff in order to ensure that the Trust minimises risk and meets its statutory obligations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, particularly the Care Quality Commission. You will also be the lead for training on and supporting staff in the use of the risk management / risk intelligence system, and will provide support for internal risk audit as required. You will provide hoc project support as required.
