We are seeking a very special person that can join our busy Information Systems team to support the use and optimisation of digital technology.

The successful applicant will support everything digital in Solent NHS Trust. This includes NHS Smart Cards, Clinical Applications, PACs, NHS eReferrals, and other Portsmouth Hospitals Trust and University Hospitals Southampton clinical applications. We provide support to all Solent staff in Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.

This is a fixed term vacancy for a period of 18 months of which we would also consider a secondment for the right candidate.

Training and support will be given to the right candidate although experience of Clinical applications, mainly SystmOne, is essential. Working knowledge of Clinical Systems and Community and Mental health services experience would be an advantage.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has an eye for detail and strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, organised, and an excellent communicator. You will need to have a flexible, friendly and approachable attitude and be able to work as part of a team.
