Based at

Post 1: Perinatal Mental Health Community Service. Farm Lodge, Glenfield General Hospital site, Groby Rd, Leicester LE3 9EJ (with move to Westcotes Health Centre, Fosse Road South, Leicester LE3 0LP planned).

Post 2: Rehabilitation Service (Inpatients).The Willows, 1 Cordelia Close Leicester LE5 0LE and Stewart House, The Rise Narborough LE19 4SL (working across both sites).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two permanent Band 4 Senior Clinical Administrators.

You will provide a comprehensive high level administration service to the clinical team and be able to supervise and develop the administration team, allocating and delegating work responsibilities. You will establish and maintain good communication links with all members of the administration and clinical team.

We will consider applications for full time and part time roles. We may also be able to accommodate some remote working, although the posts are predominantly based on site at the current time.

Key requirements for this role are:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages
  • Strong typing and minuting taking skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to excel under pressure
  • Experience of supervising staff or able to demonstrate a good understanding of the qualities required to lead a team (if not currently supervising)
  • Patience and a caring approach to dealing with people

The posts will have responsibility for maintaining effective processes and practices that ensure service delivery whilst operating within a busy and demanding environment with a “can do” attitude.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive administrative team and will be encouraged to develop your leadership skills and supported with personal development opportunities.
