Booking Agent/Booking Administrator – Centralised Staffing Solutions

The Centralised Staffing Solutions team is looking to recruit an individual with experience of working in a busy administrative environment. If you are flexible, charismatic, have a professional phone manner, work well under pressure, understand the importance of team work and are methodical in your approach to tasks then we are keen to hear from you.

As a member of the Booking Team you will be the first point of contact for all calls associated with the supply of temporary staffing functions within Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. You will be a key player in the promotion and development of the temporary staffing service and will need to have a strong customer-focused approach. You will need to be able to deal with conflict and highly complex and sensitive information, as well as have the proven ability of building relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

PLEASE NOTE: Our booking team operates different shift patterns on a 7 day week working pattern. Our operation hours are from 06:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 06:00 to 18:00 Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented remote/home working, however once we see a return to normal business practices this role will be office based at Bridge Park Plaza, Thurmaston.

PLEASE NOTE: A flexible working pattern is must. We require someone who will be able to commit working a mixture of Early, Late shifts and are able to work across the weekend on a rotational basis.

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
