Your team will include physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Care Coordinators and Business Support who work in connection with Secondary Care Respiratory Consultants, Mental Health Services, South Coast Fatigue Specialists, GPs and Clinical Pharmacists.

Your work base can be either in Portsmouth or Southampton for any face to face appointments however we are also working virtually too. The service is operational Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm. We will consider both full and part time applications.
