An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Care Navigator (Receptionist) to join the Integrated Sexual Health (ISH) Service working across Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire. The service offers STI screening and treatment, as well as contraceptive and HIV services. This is a full-time post and the successful applicant will work as part of a team in our main hub at Cobridge Community Health Centre, as well as supporting the Service by working in our telephone hub at Hanley Health Centre and in our outreach clinics throughout Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire.

The post holder will be required to provide and maintain a high quality, customer focused service to all service users and visitors. The role will include front-facing reception duties, meet and greet duties and telephone duties. A key aspect of this post is the IT system; the software package is bespoke to the ISH service. Hours are allocated on a rota basis across Monday to Saturday, currently between 8.00am and 7.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00pm Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on a Saturday.
