If you are looking for somewhere you can make a real difference and are passionate about keeping people safe, well and out of hospital, a career with us may be just what you’re looking for. At Solent NHS Trust, we strive to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our communities.

We are proud to be an organisation which is focused on our people and we welcome people who share our values to come and work with us.

  • To be a caring, flexible and supportive place to work
  • To deliver the best value for money

In line with the government’s priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the new Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) service is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors in England.

Portsmouth is a vibrant and dynamic city on the south coast that benefits from strong working relationships across many agencies and regional areas. Portsmouth CAMHS pride ourselves in fostering a collaborative approach to children’s social, emotional and mental health needs. We are grasping this opportunity to further improve the lives of our young people with this new service.

We are looking for a proactive, innovative, dedicated candidate, to provide professional administrative support to the team in delivering a sustainable and high quality service. The candidate will be working in a small administrative team supporting the maintenance of an effective early intervention children’s MH service. This will be delivered across the Portsmouth city in a variety of settings, predominantly within schools.
