Band 3

Monday to Friday – Full time, part-time and flexible working will be considered


Are you interested in making a difference? We have rewarding opportunities available for caring and compassionate administrators to join our friendly mental health teams, who support people with mental health difficulties across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

We have a number of posts available across our teams, with bases at the following locations:

  • Braunstone Health and Social Care Centre (City West Community Mental Health Team)
  • Bradgate Unit, Glenfield Hospital site (Adult ADHD Service)
  • Cedars Centre, Wigston (South Leicestershire Community Mental Health Team)
  • Melton Hospital (East Leicestershire and Rutland Community Mental Health Team)
  • OSL House, Meridian Business Park (Assertive Outreach Service and Homeless Mental Health Service)
  • Stewart House, Narborough (Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit)
  • The Willows, Humberstone (Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit)
  • Farm Lodge, Glenfield Hospital site (Perinatal Service)
  • Herschel Prins Centre, Glenfield Hospital site (Forensic Service)

We will consider applications for full time and part time roles. We may also be able to accommodate some remote working, although the posts are predominantly based on site at the current time.

You will be joining a supportive administrative service and will be encouraged to undertake training and personal development opportunities.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent IT and audio-typing skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to liaise with service users in a calm and compassionate manner
  • The ability to work positively and proactively as part of the wider administrative and clinical teams

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
