Our Complex Health Team, part of Portsmouth’s Integrated Learning Disability Service are recruiting a Nurse Associate to join our team due to expansion! This is a varied role, working and building relationships with service users, family, and carers.

The Integrated Learning Disability Service which is hosted by Portsmouth City Council, has been rated as ‘Outstanding’ in the last 2 CQC inspections. Do you want to join a dedicated team that provides outstanding care?

As an Nurse Associate within our Complex Health Team, you will be working with people with a learning disability who have associated complex health needs, some of which come under continuing healthcare funding. We need you to be a strong communicator and able to provide person centred assessments and interventions.

You can be have a foundation degree, be a registered Nurse Associate currently registered with NMC, as well as experience of working with people with a learning disability. This is a full time role, typically worked Monday-Friday between 8:30 and 5pm. Flexibility is required to help meet the needs of our service users outside of these times.

As this is a community based role, you will need a full UK Driving licence and access to a car.
