As an experienced Nursefrom the NHS or private care, you'll join the team at Bradley Complex Care as a Mental Health Nurseworking4 days one week and 3 days the next (11.42hour shifts), where you will change lives for the better.

What you will be doing

As a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurseyou will ensure young people with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration
  • Strong team-working skills

  • Experience of working in rehabilitation and/or behavioural Management
  • Desirable need to work within a specialist service

The shift patterns are 11.42 hour shifts and include working nights and weekends, which will see you work 7 shifts across two weeks giving you a 3-day week and a 4-day week.

Bradley Complex Care provides a specialist service for men and women living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder.

We are able to support people with complex conditions, needs and risks who display behaviours of concern and pose challenges for services, including those with highly complex and severe challenging behaviour.

Bradley Complex Care is located in Bradley, Grimsby, and North East Lincolnshire. The location provides a more relaxed local environment than a busy inner-city setting to enable patients to engage in their therapeutic programme, thus increasing the pace of recovery and speeding up discharge. Bradley is just 90 minutes by car from York, Sheffield and Mansfield.
