Beech A Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse

A vacancy has arisen for an experiencedBand 6 Nurse to join us on Beech A.
We are looking for a dynamic, professional Sister/Charge Nurse, to lead and develop the unit to maintain the high standard of care we currently deliver to all of our patients.
Beech A is a 17 bedded general surgical ward. We provide care to those requiring emergency surgery, which can include; bowel/colorectal surgery, upper gastrointestinal surgeries and patients who are admitted needing surgical investigations/management.
We are seeking a committed, highly visible leader with strong leadership qualities to provide support, leadership and mentorship to all. You need to be an experienced, competent and confident leader who is able to provide support for the unit manager and motivated to take the unit forward, bringing out the best in other team members.
You must be committed to providing high quality nursing care, a visible leader and an experienced professional role model. You should be able to prioritise your workload alongside managing a team and be keen to continue your ongoing professional development.
