We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Executive to join our Commercial team based at The London Clinic in Central London, with a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 on offer.

We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complex medical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.


Job Profile


As Senior Digital Executive, you will support The London Clinic through an exciting period of digital transformation, which will see the creation of a new digital environment for our customers and patients. This includes the development of a new transactional website, the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and the delivery of a self-service portal/app, all designed to significantly improve the customer and patient experience and enable more accessible care.


  • Job Type: This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.


  • Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day


  • Location: Hybrid working pattern between the office and home.

Key Duties


  • Review data from multiple sources and produce insights to inform continuous improvement programs of work within the Digital Team and the overall delivery of the digital roadmap.
  • Gather and interpret relevant data from different sources to identify trends and enable The London Clinic to develop a deeper understanding of the customer/patient through the development of personas to support improvements in customer journey/marketing/digital activity.
  • Play a key role in the delivery of a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) program by measuring relevant website and call metrics, identifying trends and helping to influence insights into action.
  • Day-to-day management of Google Analytics with tactical support from the Digital and Data Executive, including ad hoc analytics requests and the development of weekly and monthly website performance reports. Develop dashboards, set up goals and present insights to the team as well as to a range of business stakeholders.


Skills &Experience


  • 3+ years in a digital role, with experience of digital product development, analytics and reporting, user experience design and testing.
  • A confident user of the Google Marketing Platform, in particular Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio.
  • Experience with CRO/continuous improvement programs.
  • A solid background in data and analytics with experience of working with multiple data sets, comprehensive marketing/digital performance reporting and used to driving insights into action.
