Inpatient Services Manager - Band 8A
Inpatient Management Services - Multiple sites across Wiltshire
37.5 Hours per Week - 12 Month's Fixed Term Contract
Wiltshire Health and Care are looking for an In Patient Service Manager to complete their recently recruited management structure.
Working alongside the Lead Nurse and Head of Operations, you will provide a key link between the clinical areas and the operational support services. Supporting with the day to day delivery of high quality services, you will lead in the implementation of a structured approach to tasks and challenges faced by the In Patient areas.
As the In Patient Service Manager, we are looking for candidates who are comfortable being visible and accessible. You will require strong organisational skills to ensure each area receives support in a timely manner.
In return, Wiltshire Health and Care will provide development opportunities, both formal and informal, to help you maximise your potential. The extensive support services will assist you in your understanding of the vast areas your role will encompass, including risk management, HR, infection control, finance and quality improvement.
Within Wiltshire Health and Care, we have 5 In Patient wards over 3 Community Hospital sites, caring for adults of any age with a wide range of healthcare needs. We work in partnership with 3 local acute Trusts to ensure flow through the health care system.

Wiltshire Health and Care provide In Patient facilities within Chippenham, Savernake and Warminster Community Hospitals. Peer support is encouraged across the sites and the teams are encouraged to work closely together.
