1WTE Permanent, Specialist Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 motivated individuals to join the Directorate of Mental Health (DMH) as a Team Manager within our Adult Mental Health Inpatient Services and Specialist services.

The post holders will be joining the team at an exciting time for mental health services, they will play an integral part in the redesign and provision of services for those accessing mental health services across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. The successful candidates will be actively involved in shaping the delivery of services for adult mental health working in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.

As part of the Trust’s Step Up To Great Programme you will support the implementation of the Inpatient Therapeutic Workstream, developing the workforce for the future, working closely with your clinical leads to support implementation and Quality Improvement for Inpatient services.

There is currently planning, and investment being made to our inpatient estates and facilities as we strive to enhance the environment for our patients. The post holder will be expected to operationalise projects to ensure smooth and efficient running of services with minimal disruption to our client group and workforce.

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
