3 Valleys Health Primary Care Network is a network of 9 friendly general practices covering approximately 68K patients living in rural and semi- rural North East Somerset. You will work over a small group of practices but network with colleagues in the same role over the PCN.

3 Valleys Health Primary Care Network, via the local GP Federation (BEMS), are seeking to recruit innovative, self-motivated and well-organised Nurse Associates. You will be a Qualified Nurse Associate registered with the NMC, with proven clinical and communication skills to join our professional and friendly multi-disciplinary teams. Full time preferred, but part time considered.

This patient-facing role involves working within your scope of clinical practice, supported by supervision from a Senior Nurse, to provide a range of tasks within the Practice Nursing Team.

This post may involve travel between the PCN practices and other venues to help fulfil the role.
