We are recruiting soon to be qualified nurses to join our Community Nursing across Portsmouth and Southampton and our Portsmouth Rehabilitation and Reablement Team in Portsmouth and we want to hear from you!

Are you a student nurse who is looking for your first qualified role to work within the communities of Hampshire?

Our Community services are essential in providing nursing care to those within the comfort of their own homes and to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. Within community services, we can offer you an excellent work/life balance, with notice of your roster so you are able to plan your life around work. We have a dedicated team of Practice Educators who will support and assist you in the transition from student to practitioner and ultimately, we want to look after you so you can give your all to our patients.

For this post, you will need a valid UK Driving Licence and access to the use of a car.
