Do you care about the experience of the older person in hospital, and want to ensure that individuals are treated with care, dignity and respect?

We are looking forenthusiasticandmotivatedRegistered Nurses to work in our inpatient rehab unit (at Walton or Woking Community Hospitals).
The wards provide 24-hour care to patients who require rehabilitation and support prior to getting back to their normal environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic fast-moving community hospitals.

Although expected to work autonomously, you will not be alone. Both hospital wards are based around a multi-disciplinary team model, working with Consultants, Doctors, talented health Care assistants, Physiotherapists, Community Rehabilitation Assistants, Adult Social Care and also liaising with other community services.

You will develop your skills in treating patients with a wide variety of conditions, including post-stroke, falls, and post-operative recovery of fractures, dementia, general reduced mobility due to co-morbidities, cognitive impairments and various other medical conditions.

The job requires the individual to work days and nights on a rota.
