An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nursery nurse to join the Perinatal Team based in Grantham, covering Grantham, Stamford, Bourne & the Deepings areas.

The post is available for a qualified Nursery Nurse, experience of NHS community working is essential to the post

The ideal candidate will also have recent experience of working with families in the first 12-24 months of the Perinatal period.

Candidates must have experience of working closely with Mum’s and babies.

Experience of delivering groups to Mum’s and babies would be desirable.

Knowledge of bonding and attachment would also be desirable.

The Perinatal team is LPFT award winning Clinical team of the Year 2020/21

The Perinatal team is a countywide service and It is important to highlight that we are a countywide service and you could be expected to work in area within the county where there is an increased service need.

You will be expected to work collaboratively alongside other teams and services who may also be involved in the care of our patients and their families. The service is delivered through a multi-disciplinary team who provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to pregnant women with a severe mental illness and in the first post-natal year & for some families up to 24 months post natal.

We offer a comprehensive induction programme and continued support and professional development with close links with the East & West Midlands Perinatal network.
