We have an exciting opportunity to expand our multi-disciplinary team within HMP Dovegate. As part of this expansion, we are looking for a caring and compassionate Band 3 Health Care Support Worker at HMP Dovegate to join our professional, friendly and supportive team.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Integrated Mental Health & Substance Misuse (IMHSM) team consisting of Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Recovery Practitioners and Assistant Psychologists.
Assessments and interventions are offered in line with a stepped care model with a single point of access for prisoners experiencing mental health difficulties.

HMP Dovegate is a Category B adult male facility near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. The prison accommodates up to 1060 male adult prisoners over the age of 21 serving a range of sentences including trial, remand, those awaiting sentence and convicted men serving long and short-term sentences.
