Community Children’s Nurse Band 5
Fixed term for 1 year
37.5 hours/week (part-time considered)
This band 5 post, based within a team in Redhill, has arisen due to maternity leave of a team member. This is an exciting opportunity, where no two days are the same, to make a difference to children and young people requiring nursing care and support in their homes/nurseries/school.
You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of nursing care, have excellent communication skills andbe ableto use your own initiative as well as working well as a team player. You will be supported to develop your expertise both within your Team and by regular reflection and professional training.
