An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Analytics Lead at Solent NHS Trust. This new role will be shared across two teams, providing dedicated support to the IAPT team for 3 days per week, with 2 days per week working in our Trustwide Performance Team.

The successful applicant will be part of a large IAPT team consisting of CBT Therapists, Psychological Well-being Practitioners and Counsellors providing evidence based psychological interventions to clients with common mental health problems across Portsmouth city. They will also be an integral part of our Trustwide Performance Team, providing analytical support to Clinical and Operational colleagues across the Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with service leads and the wider teams to provide expert analysis of our data and lead on performance to ensure high levels of compliance and data quality.

Talking Change is a well-established and high performing Increasing Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) service provided by Solent NHS Trust and commissioned by NHS Portsmouth CCG.

The Portsmouth IAPT Service was launched in October 2009 and has established itself as a key element of the mental health service in Portsmouth. It has good links with GPs and other community based health and social care services, 3rd sector organisations and the University of Southampton for training.

This is an ideal opportunity for suitably qualified candidate with previous analytics experience to be part of a highly successful service model with great opportunities to develop the service further and enhance the care on offer for the Portsmouth community.
