Clinical Audit Assistant

Full time 37.5 hours

Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Team

Band 4

We are looking for a motivated and efficient Clinical Audit Assistant to join the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

As the Clinical Audit Assistant you will take responsibility for specific clinical audit projects, including projects on dementia and the Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) and others as directed. This will include maintaining and improving systems, collecting and inputting complex clinical data, providing basic analysis and reports.

You will also provide support for other clinical audit projects as required under the direction of the Clinical Audit and Improvement Facilitators.

You should:

  • Be educated to Foundation Degree level or have equivalent acquired experience
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of handling large computer data sets
  • Have experience of data collection, entry and processing using computer systems
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
