An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Executive Medical Director as part of a new job share arrangement. The role is suited to someone who wishes to work 15 or 17.5 hours per week and we can be flexible about how these hours are worked (e.g. to enable you to do the school run/fulfill caring responsibilities)

If you possess a full range of secretarial skills, have extensive experience of diary and email management for a Senior Manager, and you are confident in taking minutes at a variety of different types of meetings, this is the role for you.

This is a busy and dynamic role and we are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a high standard of organisational skills and the ability to proactively juggle competing priorities. The successful candidate will be confident in their abilities to work on their own initiative, pre-empt and solve problems, and have a proven track record of working as part of a team.

Considerable experience of working as an administrator to a Senior Manager or as a Personal/Executive Assistant to a Director is essential. A working knowledge of the NHS is essential.
