The HR Services Manager is the senior lead for the HR Services team, encompassing recruitment, payroll support and general HR administration, and is responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient HR service across all areas of South Western Ambulance Service.

The postholder will also take a key role in People projects, working in partnership with managers, staff side representatives, and members of staff to deliver strategic and service improvements.

This vacancy offers a wide reaching and diverse opportunity, with scope to drive forward service improvement, while leading a hard working and committed team to deliver the key HR Services function in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

This role works to the Trust's principles of hybrid working. It is expected that some presence at Trust HQ, Exeter is required in order to work effectively with the team, but this can be balanced with working from home.
