Francis Willis is a 15 bedded Low Secure Male Unit situated in Lincoln

An opportunity has arisen for a recovery focused, enthusiastic and compassion focused Menal Health Nurse (Band 5) or Registered Nursing Associate (Band 4) to join our supportive team on a full time contract. Hours will be 37.5 per week and will include Long Days, Early, Late and Night shifts. As an inpatient service this will involve unsocial hours including weekends and bank holdays.

You will be part of a Multi-Discliplinary Team that includes Forensic Psychiatrist, Psychologists, Social Worker, Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers providing care and treatment to mentally disordered offenders.

Our goals are to support ourpatients on their recovery journeyusing a compassion focused approach.We work collaboratively to uphold the trust’s purpose, vision and values to enable the best quality care for our patients.

This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role wthin the only forensic inpatient service in Lincolnshire Partnership Trust.
