We are a 20,000 patient surgery based over 3 sites in Southampton delivering care to a diverse population. Our patients are at the centre of our decision making and we are excited to expand our team to continue to develop a service that strives to deliver great care.

We are looking to recruit a team of bank/ casual administrators to join our Solent GP team.

Our workflow team use our clinical system (Systm1) to action all letters and correspondence that come into the practice electronically; from discharge summaries, to ambulance call outs to 111 outcome reports.

We are looking for people who have basic medical terminology who would like to put their skills into action and help patients to get the care they need, by administrating their next steps. This role would be perfect for medical or nursing students, or anyone that has experience in healthcare.

Hours are flexible and you will be given a laptop to enable you to work during the day, evenings or weekends to suit you. We can offer full training and regular reviews to ensure you know what you are doing and feel confident in making a difference.
