We have specialist mother and baby, eating disorder and medium secure forensic mental health services and contracts across the country for IAPT, addiction and some health services in prisons as well as hosting a network for inpatient mental health care for serving military personnel.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as the Personal Assistant to the Head of Transformation and General Manager in the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Planned Care) Group in Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled staff member to take up the full time role as Personal Assistant. The post-holder will provide effective and efficient secretarial support to the Head of Transformation and General Manager. There will also be opportunities for you to work closely with operational physical health teams.

The post-holder must work pro-actively and on their own initiative with a sound understanding of the business of the Trust and current practices to manage workload and ensure information is communicated appropriately and enquiries are directed correctly.

The post-holder will liaise with a wide range of people, partner organisations and agencies, both internally and externally on behalf of the Head of Transformation and General Manager ensuring that a professional image is maintained at all times through appropriate use of language and behaviour.

We are looking for someone highly credible, value based, experienced in providing admin support and secretarial support who can work independently as well collaboratively.
