Hours: 16 hours hours per week

What will I be doing?

  • As a Receptionist, you will be tasked with taking on a variety of challenges and tasks both big and small.
  • You will be based on our Reception desk and the main responsibility of the role is to provide excellent patient care by answering queries and arranging patient appointments
  • Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be experienced in dealing with a wide range of patient queries.
  • The post holder must always work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact
  • You will be self motivated and trustworthy
