From 1st April 2022 all NHS workers in England with face to face contact with patients or who work in a clinical area must be fully (currently this is limited to first and second vaccinations) vaccinated against Covid-19. 2x Posts are based between Lancaster House (Newcastle-Under-Lyme) and Homebased

Occasional requirement to travel within Staffordshire.

Due to the continued expansion of the ICS People Function, we are recruiting for 2 x Recruitment and Deployment Administrators to support the team on a permanent basis. 

You will be contributing to the exciting, system wide agenda of the Staffordshire ICS – Together We’re Better. The ICS People Function is at the forefront of system workforce transformation programmes; working with system partners to improve the sustainability and supply of workforce to deliver integrated, quality services to the Staffordshire population.

Key purposes of the role include:

  • To provide an effective and efficient customer focused service
  • To be responsible for the updating of systems and relevant electronic systems
  • Overseeing applicant’s recruitment journey, from interview to commencement in post in line with NHS Standards
  • Assist in the production of regular reports from the relevant electronic systems
  • Co-ordinate the administration and registration of workers to the People Hub Bank
  • To be responsible for the skills match, and placement of People Hub workers against Regional or local need, within the agreed guidelines and in a timely manner. This includes liaising with service managers and external agencies to ensure appropriate and safe staffing.
  • Accurate maintenance of systems
  • Ensure personal files are appropriately and securely maintained in accordance with Trust policies/protocols

We are looking for somebody who:

  • Has excellent customer care and strong interpersonal skills
  • Is well organised and methodical
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Has the ability to take charge and lead on your own tasks
  • Is computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A knowledge of NHS jobs system would be an advantage, however not essential, as full training will be given.
