If you are looking for somewhere you can make a real difference and are passionate about keeping people safe, well and out of hospital, a career with us may be just what you’re looking for. At Solent NHS Trust, we strive to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our communities.

We are proud to be an organisation which is focused on our people and we welcome people who share our values to come and work with us.

  • To be a caring, flexible and supportive place to work
  • To deliver the best value for money

Are you a motivated people person, who gets a thrill out of solving problems and showing demonstrable improvement? We are looking for enthusiastic and driven data assurance officers to join our services line teams.

Business Intelligence analytics has never been so vital for organisations and is essential to all our Trust colleagues to steer the course through the current pandemic. These roles will be essential to improve the Trust’s collection and quality of data and have been created to coordinate the investigation and improvement in the reportable information cross service lines. It will be essential to build good working relationships with a variety of Trust colleagues to understand and map processes and create innovative, preventative solutions.

These roles will be managed directly within services and therefore will be based in service locations within either Southampton or Portsmouth (dependant on role) with options to work from home. There will be a requirement to travel across Southampton Portsmouth and pan Hampshire to meet and interact with different teams – and therefore access to transportation is necessary. These roles will have a strong professional link to the Performance and Business Intelligence teams to provide guidance and support.

If you enjoy working with people and have a keen attention to detail you will be an asset to our organisation.
