This is an exciting opportunity to join Solent NHS Trust working within the Performance and Business Intelligence Team. You will provide a range of administrative functions to support the provision of information and data within the Trust. The Performance and Business Intelligence Team have a wide and diverse remit and offers numerous opportunities for experience and learning.

The successful candidate will provide a confident, friendly, and efficient administration service as part of the Performance & Business Intelligence Team. The role will be responsible for:

  • Provision of general administration support to the Performance & Business Intelligence Team
  • Providing administration support for meetings, including diary management, preparation of agendas, collation of papers and minute taking
  • Liaison with corporate teams and service line colleagues to collate information for reports
  • Verbal and written communication with colleagues at all levels, both internal and external to the Trust
  • Information gathering to support projects and other initiatives within the team
  • Data entry, mostly Excel and Word

The apprenticeship will be undertaken in collaboration with an approved training provider to achieve Business Administration Level 3. You will receive on the job training and you will be given 1 day of protected study time per week during your training.
