We have specialist mother and baby, eating disorder and medium secure forensic mental health services and contracts across the country for IAPT, addiction and some health services in prisons as well as hosting a network for inpatient mental health care for serving military personnel.

Band 3 Team Aligned Administrator (Ambulatory Wound Care) – East Staffordshire

Full-Time 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)

With strong communication and organisational skills and a flexible approach, you will work collaboratively with the Ambulatory Wound Care Service supporting them to deliver the best possible patient experience and outcomes.


You will support the Ambulatory Wound Service in ordering stock and supplies, helping to plan and organise meetings, clinics and diaries for the team. You will also be responsible for monitoring IT equipment and medical devices to ensure they are calibrated and in working order in carrying out assessment, care planning and intervention for patients with a variety of wound care needs. You will also undertake general office duties required including filing, photocopying, scanning and maintaining stock levels


You will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. You will also have a commitment to your own development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have knowledge of various office packages and offer advice and support to new staff on the various systems in use.


You will be required to work Mon to Fri over a 52 week period and work across several locations to support the team. The Ambulatory Team currently work in 3 locations, Uttoxeter, Burton on Trent and Barton, so the successful candidate will be require to work in these bases.
